YO' Genies | Kids Yoga (8-12) 

Yoga and Meditation help children learn to stand on their own two feet with inner strength, confidence, and compassion.
Yoga helps kids to better know themselves and others, builds concentration and focus, deep listening skills, and capabilities for dealing with stress and relational challenges. 
End the week with time to release and wind down in a space filled with kindness, integrity, self-epression and awareness.
