Mindful Yoga 

This class runs every Thursday evening 7:30-8:30pm

Surrender to the guidance of ancient Yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathwork) as you journey with Marni through this low intensity yoga and meditation class. Accessible to any student, beginner to advanced who is seeking release, serenity & quiet. Expect a combination of restorative postures, 20 to 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra (deep yogic relaxation) and hands on assists (optional). We think this class is just what the world needs!

What can you tell me about the instructor?

The inspired instructor for this class is Marni. She has been practicing and teaching Yoga for over 20 years. Two of her favourite mantras are 'it's a practice not a project' and 'breath then do'.  Her greatest passion has always been happiness and living a conscious balanced life. She is inspired by nature, her family, and the spirit of humanity. As a coach and instructor she loves teaching, sharing ideas, and collaborating with others to build wellbeing and thriving communities.
