Recognise The Divine Within!

The beautiful Hindu greeting of Namaste represents the belief that there is a divine spark within each of us that is located in the heart chakra. The greeting of “Namaste” is a way of acknowledging the divine spark within one another and translates to “I bow to the divine in you”.

The Divine Self is your inner life force and your true motivation for living. The Divine Self is the part of you that is ever aware and holds the knowledge of all the experiences and learnings your soul has had in previous lifetimes. By living in a disconnected and busy world we often disassociate from our Divine and Higher Self, never really knowing, acknowledging or consciously connecting with our true purpose for being here on this wonderful planet.

The good news is there are ways that you can better connect to the Divine within and begin to move closer to aligning with your Higher Self, such as having quiet time, letting go of expectations and the ego, releasing attachments to what we should be and being of service to others.

This November let the Mind Body Heart Studio connect you deeper to the Divine within by attending one of our magical classes which will allow you to quiet your mind and better connect you to your inner guidance:

  • Join us on 30 November for an evening of Pilates by Crystal and Candlelight a journey that fuses contemporary Pilates moves with Myofascial magic releases and crystal bowl sound healing. All set amongst flickering candlelight from the hand made soy wax candles infused with doterra essential oils. The sequence of movements are designed to open each of the chakras, complimented by the sounds of each corresponding chakra bowl.
  • Wake up to blissful movement at your fingertips and join Marni on a journey towards inward and outward balance with our Mudra Morning Yoga classes! Suitable for all levels and designed for those seeking to experience a progressive flow of learning, laughing and loving yoga! Our 6-week Yoga Mudras journey includes 12 early morning yoga sessions, running 2x week on Tuesdays and Thursdays commencing 15 November.
  • Commencing 16th November join us for Awareness Through Movement: The Feldenkrais Method. This Introductory 6-week series is held on Wednesday mornings and will explore fundamental movements that form the basis for more complex everyday activities. These classes are suitable for everyone, but especially if pain or stiffness are slowing you down. You will find that many movements become easier, such as moving from lying to sitting to standing and back again, and also walking with grace and efficiency.
